Had a pretty good customer experience with the team here. I had to get some bird exclusion done on my roof after a winter of bird droppings and egg shells on my front patio. Matthew came out and provided me the original estimate. I got scheduled a week out, but an opening came up a few days after the estimate. Raklin, Andre, Adrian, Mauricio, and Ryan came out to do the work. They arrived within the window I was provided and knocked out the job an hour later. They installed barriers and cleaned up the mess the birds left behind.
Great experience, and no hesitation to use Fast Action again in the future.

My family and I had a problem with a woodpecker who decided to make our attic into their home. Found Fast Action Pest Control, who we set up an appointment with, and within a day or so they came to our house and were able to not only mitigate any more damage to our home from the bird, but also repaired areas which provided access to other potential pests.
Since, we have been given remarkable service and treated how a customer should be treated. Exceptional customer service when calling to make or update changes, sending emails for upcoming services, and they really listen to concerns to help find solutions to new or potential pest problems. My service technician SAAD always texts me before and after his visits to ensure good communication is kept. He takes his time to help resolve my issues and gives good recommendations so I can make a sound decision as to what steps to take to protect my home from pests.

Fast Action does a great job. They do regular service, but I needed bird exclusion done on the roof and solar. They came right away and did an inspection. She walked around and looked at everything, not just birds, and identified other general pest issues and got that fixed. The bird work is a lot of work for the guys on the roof in hot summer, cleaning and fixing. Happy guys and helpful and hard workers. This kind of job is expensive, but they helped me with cost in this and made it possible to better afford it. So far the birds are on everyone else's house! Good job.
