I had a great experience with Sean. He came out to service my mom's home, was on time, and arrived before noon, before I had to leave for work. He was very thorough from start to finish. Sean took the time to inspect my mom's home and carefully identified where the rodents were coming from. When I told him I noticed there were a few mice/rats around the backyard about 2 weeks ago, when we had some hot weather. Unfortunately, there were plenty of mice/rats and some babies in a pot, but he explained the situation clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done when he found them in our broken BBQ set-up in the backyard. I also really appreciated how professional, respectful, and detailed he was while servicing my home. He helped ensure the house was properly de-webbed and treated to keep it roach-free. It gave me peace of mind knowing that he was not just rushing through the job, but actually looking for the source of the problem and taking care of the details. THANK YOU!!!!!! Chris did a great job. Very professional and educated about pests. He serviced my kitchen and outside. Here what I thought were rat droppings he identified as mice droppings. He added more bait to my bait box and provided a bait box for mice. I am very happy with Chris and all employees of Fast Action who serviced my property. This was a call-back service done on a complimentary basis. Great company.

He did everything that was stated when I purchased pest control from these guys, and they came right on time, and I’m hopeful they will resolve our rat issue. Robert was incredibly professional and kind and patient with our dogs and kids. He gave us instructions and even an Earth Care bag in case odor comes from one of our rats getting caught in the attic. Tade was also incredibly professional when having a switch from our current company, who just wasn’t doing the job, to getting us going. Appreciate his visit!
